Katie Grant provides client-centered trauma-focused therapy to humans of all ages, and has knowledge and skill regarding how trauma intersects with LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergences including Autism and ADHD, and dissociative symptoms including dissociative identities, DID, and plurality. Katie often integrates Sandtray therapy and creative arts into EMDR Therapy. Katie identifies as a cis white woman who is bisexual/queer, neurodivergent/ADHD and plural, ever healing from her own complex trauma history. Katie says: “You can just be you with me.”

Katie Grant is licensed in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin and is able to provide telehealth (live therapy via phone or video) to anyone physically located in one of those states at the time of service.

A credit card on file is required before booking, and if you do not attend the appointment for any reason, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled session (with 24 hours or more advanced notice, the appointment can be MOVED). Katie also accepts cash and checks, just let her know your preference before your appointment to avoid a charge to the card on file.

PLEASE NOTE: Katie Grant does NOT bill to or participate in ANY insurance plans–she is now “Out of Network” or OON for all insurances. Clients are required to pay fees in full directly to Katie at the time of service or before. While Katie will happily provide a superbill (special receipt for submitting to insurance) upon request, it is very unlikely that you will be reimbursed a substantial portion of fees paid, even if you have “out of network” insurance coverage.
